Acelity Increases Focus on Growth, Expansion Opportunities
Appoints Dennis Crowley as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Development and Licensing
Acelity L.P. Inc. announced today the appointment of Dennis Crowley as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Development and Licensing (SBD&L). Dennis joins Acelity as a member of the senior leadership team.
In this position, Dennis will oversee strategic planning, portfolio management and business development including M&A, partnerships, alliances and other activities that support Acelity’s growth strategy. Dennis brings to Acelity more than 20 years of experience in guiding mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic affiliations in all regions of the world. His deep expertise in corporate transactions and demonstrated leadership abilities make him especially well-suited to working across countries and franchises to identify and aggressively pursue opportunities on behalf of Acelity.

Dennis joins Acelity from Medtronic and led previously the Covidien Global Business Development team prior to that merger, supporting business units and geographies while identifying new market opportunities. He is a graduate of Harvard College with a degree in Economics.
